After struggling to stop Windows 10 from downloading onto my system, I now have no less than /four versions/ of this file.
Apparently, something left after not only telling Microsoft I was not interested but also uninstalling and hiding Updates KB3035583 (GWX) and KB3044374 (Windows 10 Update) is /still/ downloading this file and then downloading the Win10 stuff.
I don't know about you, but I tend to regard this behavior as /definitely/ marking the Win 10 push (not Win 10 itself, but the software used to get it to install) as malware.
