This file is related to Yahoo Messenger. You can keep it if you like to use Yahoo Messenger based Chat Service. You can remove it if you are either using some other software like Trillian or some other software to utilise Yahoo Chat Service or alternatively, if you are Not Using Yahoo Chat services.

NOTE: This is not a malicious file.
