The programm is a nasty spam-tool, that comes with lots of other rubbish and installs itself. Even if you kill the task multiple times, it restarts every time. But you´re able to simply "uninstall" it. So it´s not really a virus or malware.

Advertising with maybe a backdoor, but who knows^^
