"acdID InTouch2" is a "phone home spy" which lets ACD Systmes know if you are using any of their Trial products.
The sad reality, even if you pay for any of their products, they still keep an eye your usage.
Even sadder is that most of their wares are buggy, and users/reviewers report there is "0" support available, within a reasonable timeframe.
All of the reviews I have read, written by REAL USERS usually give a 2 Star or less, rating.

OH! another thing to consider, is the memory consumption AND it's ability to get through ANY firewall running in Windows and it has proved to be UNDETECTABLE by every Malware and Virus products I have tried... and I have tested this with over ten so far.
