RESTORO says this is a threat
"C:/windows/system32/acsignopt.exe ...ACAD/Bursted.oqcog"

Is RESTORO one of the 43 antivirus program used?

@Yahn: I've rescanned the AcSignOpt.exe file. None of the 70 antivirus scanners at VirusTotal detected AcSignOpt.exe as malicious. Restoro was not one of the scanners.

Looks like AcSignOpt.exe is clean, but the verification of the its digital signature failed. I guess that happens due the fact that this file was released back in 2011, so one of the certificates in the chain have probably expired.
