i don;t understand any of this problem this laptop is having nor do i know what needs to be fix or deleted i have burn 1 disk of driver d and 1 on e hoping that it would free up space and the problem but i don't know what i am doing even tho i have read and reread i still don't understand i am not a tect or programer need help

@redfalcon1: It looks like agentsvc.exe is part of some old backup solution. The program appears to be around 12 years old. It does not look like malware to me.
