I have a hostage program that took over Internet access. The AIRAPPINSTALL.exe will bring a popup saying ' no internet access'. It will not allow a delete using Supper Antispyware, which shows it as 'not valid' and 'no credentials'. I think this is or at least part of the problem. Is there a removal tool?

I am on an IMAC, not Windows. Is your web site relevant?
