Malwarebytes web site at
https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/247169-very-odd-arturdubovoygmailcomxpi-detected-today/
reports this

The extension was found injecting a remote script which breaches Mozilla Extension rules.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1549444

So this is not a false postive detection but now considered PUP.

I will remove it.

This is the "flash video downloader" (FVD) extension. So is ductloanphuok@gmail.com.xpi in a similar location.
