I have legal version of Bitdefender antivirus installed on my Win 7 OS HP Computer. By chance I found unsigned (unverified) version of avchv.sys file along with driver files.

Is this harmful? Why did Bitdefender not give signed file? or has Bitdefender file been replaced by a hacker?
