HEY THERE. I DOWNLOADED YOUR APP HOPING IT WOULD SOLVE A BBW PROBLEM .WHEN I ENTER VERSION 2013 BBW I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE. READS EXCEPTION Einout error module BBW exe 00504 CBA I/o error 23 unfortunately it did not solve .Could possibly tell me is there a way of fixing .
