i am trying to download a bigfish game, after 6 tries, have found that i do not khave bfgclient.exe, bfgprocess.exe,bfggamesservices.exe on my computer am trying to get them on verrrrrrrry frustrated

I am having problems downloading games on Big Fish Games. I click on the download and nothing happens. There is no error code and no game. Please help. I have been a member since 2003. Plus it doesn't bring up my game manager showing the progress of the download. PLEASE HELP.
