Bill108.exe tells Windows that it is a tray app for social network users. The copy I found called itself "sysfbtray" (presumably for 'system facebook tray'). It creates an entry in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run under the name "sysfbtray". It is a variant of the KoobFace worm.
