i just solved my problem on this bullshitery. open regedit, once opened, open the folder "hkey_localmachine", once opened, open the "Software", once opened, open "Classes" then just scroll down till you find the folder "BlueStacks" then delete everything related to it. OR just open regedit then press and hold "ctrl+f" and just search it then delete. hope this helps.
