This file frequently comes up as a threat according to my Kaspersky antivirus software. I am pretty sure it was installed when I switched internet provider to BT and looking at other websites it does seem to be installed as part of the BT toolbar. As I don't use the toolbar much if at all I have decided to uninstall this in case I get problems in the future.
