I don't use frequently Chrome (I normally use Maxthon). To-day (28th aug 2012) I opened Chrome and AVG told me that the file ch20UPD.dll in folder...

C:\Users\Administrateur\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\UserData\Default\Extensions\pmcmflmkceipgecmhoddphflfndnfbbe\2.3.15.10_0\

...is a Trojan BackDoor.Hupigon5.CJVP. I opened that folder, but that file IS NOT VISIBLE. The folder is 5.979.148 bytes in 311 files. So I closed Chrome and immediately started a scan with AVG,and (of course) NO Trojan was found. I opened quarantine folder on AVG and deleted the file.

I newly opened Chrome and I noticed (in status bar) that Chrome is ever redirected to clkads.com.

What to do? (:-(

Hello forum@alessandrodesimone.net,

Seems the anti-virus programs have changed the classification of ch20UPD.dll since it was last scanned on the 14th of July when none of the AV programs detected it. Could you please upload the ch20UPD.dll file to http://virustotal.com and post a link to the scan result here?

FreeFixer should be able to delete this file. Just scan and tick the file in the scan result and click Fix.

If ch20UPD.dll does not show up in the scan result, you can remove it using the File Nuker tools which you can find under the Tools tab in FreeFixer. There you have to give the full path to the file:

C:\Users\Administrateur\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\UserData\Default\Extensions\pmcmflmkceipgecmhoddphflfndnfbbe\2.3.15.10_0\ch20UPD.dll
