it is not a virus. disable it manually. run > services.msc > nvidia update service > stop > then disable it > apply.

By the way, in idiot speak please, what is the difference between 32 and 64 bit? Does it matter?
What does duel core mean and do I need to know this stuff?
What if I have 32bit and download something for 64 bit or the other way around.
