Avira Antivirus also detects db21.
Detected name is "db21.exe" with "TR/FakeAV.1170432.5".
Avira can't remove the file, so I will try it with your tool.
After that I will tell you if it was succesful or not.

I started Freefixer and runned the scan. After the scan Freefixer found 2 files and three errors with the following text: "Failed to open 'C:\Windows\Temp\db21.exe'. System error message: Zugriff verweigert. Error code: 5.".
I followed step 3-6, but after the restart the files were still shown in the scan.
I runned Freefixer a second time, but after the second scan and fix, db21.exe was still existing.
I could not remove it with your introductions.

@Tobias: Sorry to hear FreeFixer did not manage to delete the file. FreeFixer usually manage to delete stubborn files such as db21.exe, by registering them for removal during reboot. If db21.exe was registered for a delayed removal, FreeFixer should report it under "Delayed removal" after you clicked the Fix button.

During reboot, FreeFixer reports if it succeeds to delete the file, or if it failed. Did you see any status report for the removal during reboot?

It's also possible to manually registering the db21.exe file for a reboot removal by typing in the db21.exe full path in FreeFixer's File Nuker which you can find under the Tools tab.
