"This update performs diagnostics on the Windows systems that participate in the Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program in order to determine whether compatibility issues may be encountered when the latest Windows operating system is installed. This update will help Microsoft and its partners ensure compatibility for customers who are seeking to install the latest Windows operating system."

Nice BUT I'm not participating in the "Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program" and don't intend to update to W10 for now (haven't installed the KB3035583 fake) and now they (M$) have lied to us again in order to make us install the next spy-ware update (KB2977759) that is trying to call home even when the user specifically made sure to disable/uninstall the components they claim this one is used by ...

P.S. I think it's about time the AV/AS/AMW companies implement a feature where the user is asked a question or 2 and if the answer is NO the update is removed and hidden (automatically or the user is given instructions how to do it manually)... or they won't stop abusing there user base.
