We had been running dips64 on our Windows 7 and 10 machines for years now, as well as running MSE, Windows-Defender and Malwarebytes with never an issue.
This week, on all machines, Windows Defender and MSE have removed every last copy from all the machines and our libraries flagging it as infected by a serious trojan.
All attempts at downloading a replacement from the web have resulted in its immediate removal by the MSE or Windows Defender (depends on machine).
