We had been running dips64 on our Windows 7 and 10 machines for years now, as well as running MSE, Windows-Defender and Malwarebytes with never an issue.

This week, on all machines, Windows Defender and MSE have removed every last copy from all the machines and our libraries flagging it as infected by a serious trojan.

All attempts at downloading a replacement from the web have resulted in its immediate removal by the MSE or Windows Defender (depends on machine).

I rescanned the dips64.exe file. Still 0% detection rate:

I found this site, because I'm seeking information about dips64.exe.I dont know, whether it is necessary for the performance of my pc. I need to save memoryspace on my c-disk and I saw that this file has more than 4 GB, which I need for a stable performance of my c-disk. can I remove it without negative consequences?
