Hi,

at least for the file 'e73f19hl.exe' I can tell you that it is the following application: GMER v2.1.19357 - a rootkit detection tool which is described here: http://www.gmer.net/.
I downloaded it from the website of www.chip.de as 'e73f19hl.exe' in the past. Now, the file name was renamed to 'gmer-2.2.19882.exe' (see https://www.chip.de/downloads/Gmer_27583350.html).

Hope this information is somehow helpful.

Kind regards,
Ralph

Thank you Ralph! I also remember that GMER used some randomised file names while downloading. Or was it also while running GMER? Don't remember right now.

Since the e73f19hl.exe file is not digitally signed, I cannot say for sure that this is a legit download of GMER.

I also checked a more recent scan report from VirusTotal (15 Apr 2020) for this file, and now some of the scanners detects it. I assume that these are false positives.
