ecore.exe is a program of Lima USB storage.
This Lima runs a private cloud environment and not using any of the existing-often expensive- Cloud services.
I installed it yesterday and I now got my own, encrypted, 4 TB cloud and can be accessed by Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Works like a charm on all platforms.
