.PPS is the file extension for Microsoft's Powerpoint files.

You can download a free viewer from Microsoft:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13

If you are running Windows 10, then you can download Microsoft's free PowerPoint Mobile application from the Windows Store.
