Is your program anything like autoruns from sysinternals?

@Debra: Yes, FreeFixer has some similarities to Autoruns. FreeFixer targeted more to removing unwanted software, while Autoruns is typically used to enable/disable some software from running.

FubTRACKER. The file was created months before I bought my brand new tower from a rent-to-own company. It's certified by Acer, I believe the name says it all. IMHO, I believe It's probably a tracking device, Acer's little marketing scheme. Just like Facebook and Microsoft 10 is automatically set to have permission to read your messages if you check your privacy settings. Facebook doesn't even let you know, but just look at the ads you see, certain things you only say in messages. I no longer use my facebook as a way to stay in contact with folks. At least Windows 10 lets you turn off their spybot feature.

I couldn't find anything about the purpose of FubTracking either. But it sends an ICMPV4 Echo Request (ping) every 10 seconds to IP 10.36.169.121, which seems to be in the private IP-range.

This spyware, do nothing only collect data (i debug and dump it) and try block uninstallation, says is system file but is not true. Installator can found in c:\OEM hidden file, but delete it is not that easy.
I cannot say what data send but it do.

I did a little bit of searching inside the FubTracking.exe file. Here are some of the strings that appear:

* Combine
* Compressing File...
* Csv File Creating...
* File Uploading...
* File(Error) Upload Complete!
* File(No Error) Upload Complete!
* FileUploadNumber has set to {0}
* FubTracking.exe

Appears to be building some soft of .csv file, which it uploads somewhere...

I could not find any useful info about the purpose of FubTracking.exe at Acer's web site.
