It's an ATI service that is installed with the current Catalyst Control Center. It is 100% safe and should not be blocked or removed.

So far no one has explained just what amd fuel service is. Very frustrating and leads me to think no one really knows what the service is, only where it's located and how to remove it. would someone please cut out the political rhetoric and explain what it does. thanks

file PROGRAM FILES\AMD\ATI.ACE\FUEL\FUEL.SERVICE.EXE was detected by Panda Security Global Protection 2015 as unknown Suspicious and Reminge as malware; suggestions were to delete it. Upon further research it appears to be a legitimate AMD Power profile management system in the AMD Catalyst/Vision Control Center(as referred to in link above). I deleted Reimage.
