I have deleted the whole garena file but the ggdllhost.exe and ggspawn.dll file cannot be deleted. I wonder if how can I delete those 2 files?

Is there any entry for the Garena software in the Add/Remove programs dialog? If that does not work, FreeFixer should be able to delete the file.

ggdllhost.exe is a file installed if you have Garena Plus, installed along if you play the games GarenaHoN & GarenaLoL. GarenaHoN is Heroes of NewEarth while GarenaLoL is League of Legends.
