I got a copy of this file from http://dll-files.org/public/www_dll-files_org_gstautodetect.dll.zip and it is OK but older; modified Tuesday, December 14, 2010, 10:00:24 PM

Might be a false positive from ClamWin. I doubt Opera would let some malware slip into their browser.
