gswin32c.exe is a ghost script tool which enables pdf writer software to run. I don't know teh technical details of how or why but if you google cute pdf writer you can download this free as a pdf document writing tool to create pdf files from any program as another printer.
Thew Ghost script software tool also donwloads free but it seems possible that if you upgrade the file to a newer version without removing the old vresion there can ba e conlfict and the drawback is there is no uninstall tool you have to manually remove it from c:\programfiles(86) and from the registry. You can try unistalling any pdf writer programs you have to see if it will remove itself with that
