I have Magic Jack telephone which once had very good connection, then I find there is bad connection & bad squelch, I got in touch with Magic Jack Co.they checked it out and stated they found nothing wrong, then up-dated my MJ how-ever the same thing happens, voices are not understandable, again I found that Microsoft has control over my phone connection(?) How can I change this back to my own phone. Rather then Microsofts spyware?
