I'm surprised that this driver is called virus or malware because my OS System which is Windows 10 just told me to look for the publisher of this driver so that I can downloaded as a signed driver for the program I tried to download it which is Ostoto-HotSpot. The program installation was stopped by Windows Security but it recommended to look for the signed version of the driver. I think Windows Defender would have recognized that file as a virus if it was. In Windows 10 Windows Defender is an antivirus program as you surely know.
