Hi Roger, I did delete "iSkysoft-Helper-Compact" after scanning use your software. However it appears again when I start my computer.

Could you please tell me what is the reason behind? Thank you very much.

@van: My guess is that's there's still something on your computer that reinstall the file. Something that runs when you start your computer. I cannot say what it is, but reviewing the programs that run during startup can perhaps give you a clue on what's going on.

Do you know if the iSkysoft software has an entry in the Remove Programs dialog, that you can reach from the Windows Control Panel? Does running that one solve the problem?

iSkysoft-Helper user control panel appears every time I open my laptop. I'm not sure how it got onto my laptop but it slows the opening of my laptop quite considerable which is very annoying. I want to get rid of it only if it does not affect the laptop in any way

@Michael: I guess you could remove the iSkysoft software from the Windows Control Panel.

If that doesn't work, you can give FreeFixer a try.
