This program keeps coming up on my puter after I sign in, informing me that I have an infected file and my pc is at risk. Mcafee is the program I have. Why do you think this is happening. The file is ietb.dll.

Sounds like you have some malware running on your machine. Did the Mcafee software manage to remove the unwanted files?
