i say its spyware and malware :(

isupdate.exe is part of InstallShield - made by Flexera Software LLC.
"You can use InstallShield to rapidly build, test, and deploy installations that target Windows-based systems".
It can use FlexNet Connect to notify users about updates.

I dont like it and i dont want it:
as it communicates with foreign servers and networks
without my permission,
without my knowledge,
without telling me what information is being passed,
and uses a lot of resources including bandwidth!!!

TO REMOVE IT
Open a command prompt (as Administrator)
sc stop "isupdate.exe"
sc delete "isupdate.exe"
goto c:\prog files or prog files (x86)\ and delete InstallShield folder
reboot.
