I maintain-system build, install programs, etc.-this computer for a friend of mine; since I didn't install this, it's considered unnecessary & will be removed...when I get more info I will update this comment. this appears to be some sort of faux-legit [looking] by filename, setup to facilitate action on another part of this system; perhaps establishing some sort of backdoor[?].

I'm going to keep the files on another disk & attempt to find it's true owner.

I've used freefixer on several systems in the past and have it on an emergency sd & run it on this [& other] machine[s] periodically.

itdownload.dll appears to be part of "File Type Assistant", a program that is bundled with some free downloads out there.
