My suspection,

If iZHost is from ZKsoftware Inc, then probably you get it after installing the Attendance Management Program (for the fingerprint attendance management machine). I got this after we started using that program.

However, when I completely uninstall the program iZHost is still running in the background, legitimate software should not do that to user's computer.

Hopefully someone with better experience could share.
