Is it possible to know if the software anonymously collects data from using related software i.e. other WPS software. While that wouldn't be malware in the normal sense of the word, it would be nice to know if and what data is being collected from my usage of a piece of software.

@Stephen: I guess this can be done by running a network sniffer on your machine and examine the network data that ktpcntr.exe sends and receives.
