I found a "Skyhook Wireless" folder in my Program Files folder, and it contained a number of dll's similar to "loki.dll". I had no idea what it was, but I did some net searching, found the manufacturing company, and learned that they do things related to geographic location. This seemed suspicious to me, so I actually phoned them, twice; both times I was directed to a voicemail box and both times I left messages with my name, number and question about what program installed their software and/or what purpose it served. I never got a call back. I uninstalled it from Add/Remove programs, and finding a bunch of remainders both on disk and in my registry, I manually deleted them. After 2 days, I thus far have noticed no problem with their removal.
