Your site is at the top of Google when I searched for this topic. HitMan ProAlert keeps finding it every week but was only recently able to search what it might be. It's from AVG which I previously had so I know it is okay. Thanks!

I have avast installed. I discovered this driver (lpsport.sys) scanning with HitmanPro.

My question is: Can be part of latest Avast update?
