This file is a part of the ZTE DSL modem driver files and it is critical to keep it in order to make the DSl Modem services work

MonserviceUdisk.exe is a process of USB Modem software. If you are using or used earlier any USB Modem for connecting internet, then this process will run automatically then on forever. It is a confirmed and correct information. You can also kill or END this process.

It is associated with the UDisk Monitor service. Not sure what this service is.

This process seems to appear whenever I'm using a USB "ZTE EV-DO" modem -- it would appear related to this, as others have stated.

MonServiceUDisk.exe is ZTE Wireless service, I am using it myself. Its not a virus but a normal process. You can quit it anytime when you want, but it will Disconnect your ZTE Evo or Ev-Do..... internet
