Ran into msxml71.dll again today. It is promoted as a "fix" for the Adobe Flash player. It install itself as a Browser Helper Object with class id {500BCA15-57A7-4eaf-8143-8C619470B13D}. Only 3 of the 41 anti-virus programs over at VirusTotal detected this malware:
