Matt, I've not examined the mtuyntm5ndy1yjy.exe myself, but when FreeFixer reports that it successfully reports a file, that later comes back, the reason is in most cases that there is another file that reinstalls mtuyntm5ndy1yjy.exe.

Please review the FreeFixer scan result again. Is there some additional malware file that needs to be removed?
