nisfull.VDM shows up in the PC TEMP and cannot be deleted because: this file is open in Windows Defender Network Inspection Service. C:\Windows\Temp\584F0230-59D9-486E-96F9-5FAAAB1DA64B1098.1d2d0a9225b2c87.I know that the Temp can and should be cleaned up, which I do every day with no problem.
