Hi,
It is easy to solve this problem. Follow the steps:
1- Open MS-Dos and Type (regedit) without the brackets
2- Open: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3- Open: SOFTWARE and look for TENCENT
5- Right click on TENCENT and choose DELETE
6- That´s it
