You say no antivirus programs detected the file nsisos.dll. Every time I run Hitman Pro on my Windows 7 laptop it finds this file "suspicious" but not necessarily needing to be deleted.

Yes, none of the 48 scanners at VirusTotal detected the nsisos.dll file. However, VirusTotal does not use the Hitman Pro scanner.

Does Hitman Pro give any additional information about nsisos.dll and why it is listed as "suspicious"?

Hitman Pro detects it every time and from a comment on UnHack-me site states it can destroy your computer, so. . . .delete it as HP expert consultant friend of mine says. . . leave it around long enough it will do something ulterior, says brother of 40+yrs as an Electronic Engineering tech of Naval Research Lab, Wash.,DC
