I cant remember how the OtShot got onto my system. I have uninstalled the proper way. But on starting my system the error comes up ":cannot load skin" then do you want to transfer outlook address contacts. I say no each time. The icon is still sitting on my startup list. Afraid to do anything else at this time with it.
