I run AVG antivirus (free version). This oulwsv.exe popped up a couple of days ago and AVG can't seem to remove it. Every time I open my computer now, the uninstall shows up but with a warning not to run it.I think the warning actually comes from Windows ( I have Vista). I was afraid to open the uninstall because I didn't know anything about this file or recognize where it came from.
I googled the file and found you! I still don't know what to do, but I'll study all the info on here and see what my next move will be.
Thank you for providing this information.
Sincerely,
