This is supposed to install with the HP wifi mouse, but I had trouble installing. I get error 1923 Service Ozmo wireless pan service could not be installed. Make sure you have system authority.

Solution Error 1923 in HP Wi-Fi mouse:
-press the start + R key;
-Run The command "Cmd" to start the DOS;
-In Command line Dos run "Sc delete ozwpansvc";
-after you must reinstall the mouse drivers normally.
in most other errors just restart the service "ozwpansvc". running the Run, the command "services.msc" ,in the services tab, look for the "ozwpansvc" and reset the service
