It came with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Just finish install a fresh new clean display driver and delete the folder after. no harm done.

what do you mean by folder? it is an exe/service in c/windows and not a folder ;o

Yes, paexec.exe is an executable file. It's usually located in the "C:\Windows\" folder.
