The problem is I cannot run creo parametric, even in adminstrator mode. I get a user account control prompt asking if I want to allow the following program from an unkown publisher to make changes to the computer. Program name: parametric.exe, Publisher Unknown and file origin Hard drive on this computer. I click on Yes and the circular swirl appears as though something is going to happen. After a few seconds it just disappears and nothing happens.
