I'm not really a tech savoy person, so I was wondering after I do the scan do check the box next to every single "pcreg.exe"...there's about five different files. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right, I'm terrified I'm going to mess up my laptop.

i got the pcreg folder on my computer 2 months ago when someone was using my computer and got a bunch of malware on it. i called a company and got most of it off, but 3 times a day my avast antivirus picks up malware coming from that folder. my problem with deleting it is that there is a Microsoft C Runtime Library in the folder that was created in 2010 and i know is legit. Will free fixer delete the whole folder or can i just delete the other stuff in it?
