This file is part of the internet filter installed on all computers provided by the Exclusive Brethren to stop their people to access the web freely.

Ex B is not correct. While this software is distributed by UBT (a Plymouth Brethren Company) and could theoretically be used to stop people accessing the web, it's purpose is the same as any other firewall. Our PCs at work have it, and from my experience, it blocks low-quality news sites (reputable sites are still accessible), non-commercial social media, P*rn and anything that could be considered a high malware risk. It has mistakenly blocked something genuine a couple of times, and it takes 2 minutes for the administrator to allow it. I wish it was free to individuals as I don't like the idea of my kids being exposed to the depraved rot that is on the internet these days.
